"Cupcake"

You know when you want a little something after dinner, but you don't want to  make a whole pie or cake or 30 cookies? Yeah, me too. Bryan has been commuting to Chicago more often and making a whole dessert just leaves me feeling tempted because I have a whole pie in the house, or guilty for eating half the thing in one sitting.

I found a solution, and it's quick, easy, simple and just enough for one. Well, maybe a little more than that.

 "Cup cake"

2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp water
1/4 tbsp vanilla
Dash of salt
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp all purpose flour

In a coffee mug, mix melted butter, water, vanilla and salt with a fork. Add sugar and mix. Add cocoa and mix. Add flour and mix until even. Put in microwave for 60 seconds. If the batter is still a like raw, microwave for another 30 seconds. Enjoy with chocolate chips, peanuts or even shredded coconut. Delicious, convenient and easy.
