Last time we visited the
University of Illinois Arboretum it was Spring and the perfect time of year to visit the Japan House to watch the cherry blossoms float in the wind. However, it's far from the ideal time to visit the Arboretum itself. This calls for another visit and our first visit during floral prime time. We spent the afternoon walking around in the sunshine with our friends and their beautiful new baby.

It's been a cool Summer and I can already feel the chill in the air from upcoming Fall. I'm happy we got to spend the day in the sun. Even happier that our friends got to come with us. Hopefully we have more days like this left in the season, but if we don't, then we always have pictures.
